Return Policy

We do not accept returns that have been used at all.  Returns must be in perfect new condition. You wouldn’t want to find out your new item was used by someone else either.

The postage we paid to give you free shipping will be deducted from the refund. Buyer pays return shipping.
If we have given you a credit card knife as a free gift, you may still  keep it.

Restocking fees

We do not charge a restocking fee. We will absorb the credit card fees we paid.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges. If you select an item that is a different price, we will refund you the difference or charge you the difference. We do charge shipping for the exchanged item, which is the actual postage cost, and nothing more.
Packing slip must be included. & Contact us before returning any items.
 

Defective Products

In the unlikely event that an item is defective DO NOT return it to us. There are manufacturers warranties on all our concealment purses and most other products.
 

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the defected item.  Please send us a couple of photos showing the defect.

We will send  you a replacement item to you right away and we will pay to have the defective item sent to the manufacturer for repair and sent back to us.
